A HEART OF WORSHIP
Sunday Worship at 10:00 a.m. is an occasion to celebrate our faith in Christ through word, song, symbol, friendship, and devotion. As we gather for worship, opportunities are given for both silent meditation and collective prayer.
The sound of our bell and the sight of our historic sanctuary, built in 1870, may remind us of our past, but the participation of our children and youth inspire us to value the present moment and look with hope to a promising future.
The simplicity of our Congregational liturgy inspires active participation by members of our congregation as we proclaim together the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The music of the Chancel Choir contributes to the beauty of worship, while the sermon encourages us to embrace the timeless narratives of Scripture with the contemporary stories of our own lives.
Each month, we celebrate the Lord's Supper, an event open to all persons who claim faith in Christ.
For youth, both a church school and nursery are available at all services.
